Lawton Residence – Exterior Painting

In October 2025, our two-person crew traveled to Greenwood, Indiana, to tackle a complete exterior revival for a client dealing with severely faded and degraded wood. Over the course of just three days, we breathed new life into the home’s siding, trim, and porch areas. To ensure a lasting finish and restore the home’s structural integrity, we carefully scraped away the rotting sections, filled them with a durable epoxy patch, and applied several protective coats of paint.

The transformation left the home’s exterior looking bright, fresh, and fully protected against the elements for years to come. As an added bonus for the homeowner, we also pressure washed and sealed the driveway at no extra cost, leaving the concrete looking significantly brighter and safeguarded against future wear. Completed within a budget of $5,000 to $10,000, this project highlights how the right preparation and attention to detail can completely revitalize a property.
