Cava Canopy – Exterior Staining

In November 2025, our four-person crew tackled an exterior wood staining project for the Cava Canopy right here in Indianapolis, Indiana. The client reached out with a specific goal in mind: they needed their beautiful, exposed cedar structure, which wraps seamlessly around the front and side of the commercial building, to be thoroughly treated and shielded from harsh weather conditions. To meet this request, we applied a specialized product that acts as both a rich stain and a durable clear coat, ensuring the 450-square-foot installation received maximum defense against the elements without sacrificing its natural charm.

Working efficiently, our team completed the entire job in just a single day while staying within a budget of $1,500 to $2,000. The freshly treated cedar beams now stand out vibrantly against the building’s off-white exterior, creating a stunning visual contrast that immediately catches the eye. More importantly, the wraparound canopy is fully fortified to withstand unpredictable seasonal weather, giving the client peace of mind and a striking architectural feature that will endure for years to come.
