Endress + Hauser Office Space – Interior Painting

When Endress + Hauser needed to mount a 70-pound display on a wall near the entrance of their Greenwood, Indiana office, they faced a problem: the existing drywall simply wasn’t strong enough to support that kind of weight. With corporate officers scheduled to visit in just a few weeks, the team needed a fast, reliable solution—and one that wouldn’t interrupt their daily operations.

We tackled the challenge by scheduling all work after hours, allowing the office to stay fully open throughout the project. To protect the workspace, we masked off the area, ran air scrubbers to contain drywall dust, and vacuumed thoroughly at the end of each evening so employees returned to a clean, dust-free environment every morning. From there, we cut out a section of the drywall, installed blocking, and refastened the drywall to the studs before taping, bed coating, and applying three finish coats of mud for a smooth, uniform surface. Using Pro Form Quick Set 20 Minute Mud allowed us to keep the repair moving quickly without sacrificing quality. Finally, we primed and repainted the wall corner-to-corner.

The result was a wall that looked exactly as it had before—only far stronger and fully prepared to hold the heavy display. The drywall repair blended so seamlessly that you couldn’t tell where the section had been cut out from the surrounding area.
