Mooresville Public Library – Exterior Cleaning

The Challenge & Our Solution
In November 2025, we took on an extensive revitalization project for the Mooresville Public Library in Mooresville, Indiana. The client wanted to completely refresh the 24,500-square-foot facility, which included interior updates to the office spaces, hallways, and bathrooms. However, a major focus of the project was the building’s exterior, where the brick walls, windows, and eaves had accumulated layers of dirt, cobwebs, and fading over time. To restore the property’s welcoming appearance, the library management requested a thorough cleaning solution that would eliminate the unsightly buildup and instantly boost the property’s visual appeal.
To meet this challenge, we deployed a highly skilled crew member to execute a comprehensive pressure washing strategy across the massive facility. In just a single day, and working within a highly efficient $1,000 budget, our expert completely washed the exterior walls, windows, and eaves. The intense cleaning process successfully blasted away all the stubborn debris and environmental wear. As a result, the Mooresville Public Library now boasts a beautifully refreshed exterior, dramatically strengthening its curb appeal and providing a clean, inviting environment for the local community.
