Our Process
We begin by giving your wood a thorough washing with our pressure washer to remove all repellents, contaminants, and loose or failing stain. Then we let the wood dry for a day or two before we measure the moisture in the wood. We then give all the vertical wood a light sanding and all the horizontal wood a thorough mechanical wire brushing or sanding to ensure the stain penetrates into any bare wood. We then apply two coats of PPG Flood Stain to all surfaces and then add a third coat to all horizontal decking to make sure you get the most durable job you can get. We give a full three year warranty on all of our decking and fencing when you use our recommended methods and products.
