Yes and no. There are only a few ways you can reduce the price of a project on the painting front. One is by reducing its footprint — smaller projects are generally cheaper to paint. Another is by choosing more cost-effective products — most new builds already spec the low-end or builder-grade products. The only other way we can think of is by giving back any hope of making a profit — this is just a slow death for most subcontractors. But we’d be happy to take a look at it to see if we can help! Perhaps two suggestions we can offer are to omit wall covering or other high-dollar decor and accent walls. Other trades could likely offer more effective savings.
