Two Car Garage - Economy Job- Light grind/sanding for good adhesion

Our Process
The most cost-effective way to get your garage project done is to empty it out yourself – we will do the rest. First, we grind the floor. A light grind will normally be fine for an economy recoating job. For a more durable finish, you will want to remove all the existing coating from the floor and expose the concrete. This is costly, but will get you a better finish in the end. Second, we prepare the floor by performing an adhesion test and filling all the cracks and expansion joints. Cracks are filled with an epoxy resin filler. Expansion joints need to filled with self-leveling caulk so they can remain malleable for the movement of the floor slab as the temperature changes. Next, we apply the top coats depending on the system you chose. Finally, we walk the job with you and we don’t quit until you are satisfied. Now you’ll have to arrange the organization bit!
