The most common question we get is what the ballpark price is to paint an interior room of a house. While there are many variables that go into pricing, we are happy to give you some idea of what to expect in terms of the cost to paint an interior room in an average home.
Living Room Walls Only
20x16 with 9' Ceilings- Fix major damage and patch holes.
- Sand down all walls before painting.
- Mask off all floors and furniture.
- Apply two coats of PPG Hi-Hide or Pure Performance to all walls, neatly cutting in ceiling and all trim.
- Add $150 to paint baseboards.
- Add $75 per window.
- Add $120 per door (includes two sides).
Bathroom

Our Process
Our team will begin by talking you through the process. First, we setup a work area. We will ask if you would like us to cordon off the work area with a plastic wall to contain dust and odor. Then we will move all your furniture out of the way and cover it completely to protect your belonging from dust and paint spatter. Then we cover all your floors in the area we are working to ensure they are not damaged in any way. Next, we patch and repair the walls to the level you discussed with our sales team before any piant is applied. Finally, we spot prime and apply two coats of your chosen paint. Finally, we clean up, replace all your belongings where they go and walk the job with you to ensure you are completely satisfied. We gaurantee your complete satisfaction every step of the way!
Background Checks & Insurance
We background check every team member on our crew so you can rest easy with our team in your home. We also carry insurance to cover your property and belongings should anything happen while we are in your home. Our teams are highly trained to respect your property, your family, and your pets.

Do I need to move my own furniture?
No, our crew is happy to move your furniture so we can paint your home’s interior. We do ask that if you have anything that is of fragile or very valuable, that you please move those items to a safe place yourself.
Will you fix all the defects in my walls?
When you hire us on for our “Best” work, we will do our best to remove all heavy stipple, drips, runs, sags, and over imperfections. There is an upcharge for this, but we will put our best work on your project!
Do you do drywall work?
Our team does do some drywall work. We do not do full drywall jobs, only the equivalent of two or three sheets when needed and if our schedule permits. We will discuss this with you during your consult to see if your project fits in our time contraints and expertise. We do all sorts of hole patching – from little pinky finger size holes to holes as big a 36″ in diameter!
Does your crew cover everything?
In most cases, our team will cover your entire floor, furniture, appliances, and fixtures. Our goals is to make you happy and to have a great experience – and nothing puts a wet blanket on a good experience quite lite getting flecks all over your hard earned possessions!
Do you take credit cards?
Yes, just let the project consultant know you would like to pay with a credit card when the job begins and he will make sure you get an invoice form Square so you can pay with the card of your choice.
