Down Payments – We don’t ask for any money up front!
Quite a few people we encounter have had a really bad experience with painting companies. From collecting deposits and then not showing up, making a mess and not cleaning up, to not returning to fix an issue a week after the work was completed, these are the common horror stories that we are told quite frequently. If you are shaking your head in agreement at this, we are too. We have had these same things happen to us, and it’s not only no fun to go through these situations, but it can be demoralizing to experience. From these stories, we wanted to create a company and process that gives you the confidence to have painting done at your home or business. First, we never collect a down payment. We can best show you why you should do business with Indiana Painting by trusting you. Pretty bold move, eh? We don’t think so, and we think this is how it should work.

We also guarantee you satisfaction and encourage you not to pay anything until we’ve kept our end of the bargain. This holds us accountable for what we promised we’d do and gives you the peace of mind that we are confident in our ability to complete your project professionally.
Warranty
Interior Work
Our interior jobs come with a standard 3-year warranty covering any paint failure. The Plus Service comes with a 3-year warranty, one touchup session in that three-year timeframe, and a more thorough prep and Behr Scuff Defense interior paint. Our Premium Service comes with a 3-year touchup inclusive warranty with up to three touchup sessions (once annually) for the entire three years. We use the best products on the premium service plan and are confident they perform as advertised. This warranty is good for both commercial and residential work.
Exterior Work
Our exterior work comes with a standard 7-year warranty that protects you against fading, peeling, and other paint failures. Our Plus Service comes with a 7-year touchup, including a warranty, with added protection against accidental minor damage like a scratch. These touchups are limited to once a year. The Premium Service comes with the best grade of paint for your particular project and a 7-year unlimited touch-up warranty. This will help keep your facility or home in top shape for 7 full years. We offer this to help encourage you to have us fix any damage quickly to ensure your home or business is protected from the elements.
Employee Screening
We perform background checks and drug tests upon hiring all of our employees to ensure you will get the most dedicated and engaged team working on your project. Our two primary goals are to ensure your peace of mind and to ensure that you get the most productive and professional paint project we can offer. We follow this up with annual drug testing to ensure our standards are upheld over time. We are proud of our team and their commitment to your project will be clear from day one!
