Customer Relations

Ensure that the customer is greeted with a smile every time you see them.

Answer all questions the customer may have or politely let them know you will take it up with the Team Leader – then immediately take them up with the Team Leader.

Act friendly and accommodating to every customer no matter what kind of day they or you are having.

Production

Ensure that all team tools are kept in immaculate condition and are safely and securely stored every day.

Follow all Indiana Painting standard operating procedures to the letter

Work with the Team Leader to make sure every project runs smoothly, no scope items are left unfinished, and all work is performed up to production and quality standards.

Communicate all needs and issues with the team leader in a timely and professional manner.

Keep a clean and tidy work area that builds confidence in the eyes of the customer.
Self-Management

Bring all your tools to work everyday so you are prepared for anything that might come up.

Master the use of various software for recording information, scheduling, and communication.

Assist in setting the highest standard of customer care:

Keep good hygiene habits and make sure your uniform is clean and fresh.

Work diligently towards the achievement of the Indiana Painting’s 5-Star Certification Program.
