Our care of your home begins with protecting your belongings. Our team of painters will move all of you furniture for you. We cover everything to protect it from dust and any paint spatter to ensure your property is kept in good order. Next, we prep your surfaces to the level you discussed with our sales team. We clean all surface, sand them down to ensure a smooth and paintable surface, patch and repair as needed to restore your home to like new condition or as discussed. Then, using the materials discussed during your quote, we paint the surfaces. The result is a smooth, appealing fresh paint job that will serve you well in the years to come. Finally, we move everything back and hang all decorations back in their original places.
For most people our home is not only our largest investment, but it is our cherished personal space. Interior Materials We Recommend
As a homeowner, picking a product can be daunting. Becasue of this, most of our clients tell us, “I trust you to pick for me.” We are happy to help! First, we will try to understand your goals for the project and what long term objectives you are hoping paint will help you achieve.
Odor and touch up are the largest concerns we hear with interior painting. Most residential paints are formulated to address these concerns. We have also invested in air scrubbers, so if you are sensitive to smell, just ask and we’ll be happy to set them up in your home for the duration of the job – and even leave them there for a week or so until the paint reaches it’s seven day cure.
Good – our Good level of service includes power sanding all walls, patching all holes, and fixing major defects in your walls. We also stand behing our work and products with a three year workmanship warranty.
Better – our Better level of service includes power sanding, patching all holes, fixing medium and major defects in your walls, and one touchup session during your three year warranty period.
Best – our Best level of service includes power sanding, patching all holes, fixing all defects in your walls, and up to three touchup sessions during your three year warranty period.
Good
PPG Hi-Hide – is a great product that incorporates the latest technology in paint coating to achieve a great looking end product that is washable. This paint is very low odor, applies smooth and trouble free, makes a near perfect finished product, and is extremely cost effective! We use this in our own home and office and know firsthand that it touches up easy even after a few years and even cleans up without leaving the burnishing marks many other commercial lines have issues with. I never hesitate to recommend this product to anyone who wants a durable, quality finish on their walls.
PPG Pure Performance – a great performer in the interior institutional and residential market. Pure Performance is both cleanable and almost odorless. If you or a family member has hightend sensitivity to paint fumes, we recommend this product.
Behr i300 – this paint is a very functional product that we always recommend for commercial and residential projects where economy is a concern.

Better
Ou Better service offers a three year warranty with one touchup session anytime in the three year warranty. We use prodcut we are happy to stand behind. Below are the products you can choose from.
Behr Ultra – this our favorite products in our Better showcase. Looks great and holds up well under most circumstancess.
Benjamin Moore Ben Interior – a long time favorite in the residential premium market, we are happy to have this in our Better line up! This product is a great choice for your interior paint project.
PPG Prominence – this product is more durable and cleanable the the “Good” products. Prominence is PPG premium line of interior paints and we can recommend this product enough!
Best
Best is our top level serivce and product for your interior paint job. The product below are so good, we stand behind them with out 3 year touchup inclusive warranty!
PPG Ultralast – this product uses new technology borrowed from the automotive industry to create a highly durable and very washable surface that resists scuffing. We use this in our office and we can’t say enough good things about it!
Behr Marquee – Another home run product from Behr. We only started using Behr in 2023, but we can’t say enough about their products on all levels. We are proud to offer this product and to see you use it in your home. I have this in my home and I am loving it!
Benjamin Moore Regal Select – a very solid performer in the upper tiers of interior paints, we love this product. It has an almost fool proof application and looks great in almost any context. The eggshell sheen is near perfect for your interior paint project too – not too flat and not too shiny!

Residential Exterior
Most of our customers will have invested into the landscaping around their home. We are mindful of this and will take great caution not to use harsh cleaners during the prep and to take care to keep foot traffic off of your delicate plants. To achieve this, we have walk boards to keep our painters up and off your flower beds. Our crew will never us plastic to protect your shrubs, but only cotton sheets to avoid heat buildup that will kill most plants. Our crew will be mindful of your belongings, your family and pets, and your property. Our team of painters will clean up every day and do a deep clean to remove any paint chips, masking, and other debris before we leave your project. As an added bonus, we will let your neighbors know that if they have any concerns or any trash blows into their yard, they can call us directly and we will quickly address any concerns. We want to be known as the careful and clean painters!
Exterior Materials We Recommend
We recommend you use a high quality exterior paint to protect your home from the harsh Indiana weather. Our weather here in Indiana can throw a lot of challenges at your home’s exterior. From the intense UV rays in the summer months and the beating rain of the spring and fall to the fierce cold months of winter, your home needs a good paint that is designed to handle these conditions.
We also offer our three levels of service and products on our exterior work.
Good
Our “Good” level of service comes includes several good product choices and includes our seven year workmanship warranty. We pressure wash, repair any failing caulk, scrape any loose paint, spot prime, and then apply two coats of your choice of our good exterior products.
PPG Acri-Shield Exterior – this product has been around for many decades and has only improved with time. We prefer this product for it proven track record with our company and we know it outperforms almost any comparable prodct form other manufacturers.
Better
Our Better service offers a more thorough caulking repair/replacement and PPG’s AcriShield. This product is so good, we couldn’t resist using on this level too! We also include our 3 year touchup inclusive warranty with one touchup session in that three year period.
PPG Acri-Shield Exterior – this product has been around for many decades and has only improved with time. We prefer this product for it proven track record with our company and we know it outperforms almost any comparable prodct form other manufacturers.
Best
Our Best level of service will include a more thorough prep that will make your home’s exterior look like new! We also offer the best paint we could find at this level – PPG Permanizer! This level of service and product comes with our unlimited touchup warranty for seven full years! We want to keep your exterior looking good!
PPG Permanizer – this product is a carryover form the Porter days that was so good, PPG kept it in their own paint line! We can’t say enough good things about this product.
Behr Marquee – this product is fairly new to us, but, from what we’ve heard, it is a solid exterior performance paint that will add longevity to your exterior paint job.
Benjamin Moore Regal Select Exterior – like their interior version, this product is a real workhorse for the upscale commercial and the residiential exterior markets. We have no hesitation recommending this product to you!
How long should an exterior paint job last?
With the new VOC and environmental laws, the longevity of exterior paint has been decreased by quite a bit. The good news is that several advances in coatings technology have really changed this for the better. If you get a good grade of exterior paint from a larger paint company, you should have little to no problem getter 10 to 20 years from your exterior paint job depending on the situation of your property.
Do you offer lime wash or masonry paint for brick homes?
Romabio Lime Wash and Romabio Masonry Coating is very popular right now. We do offer these in our exterior product line and you can read more about them on our Romabio page.
When is the exterior painting season for residential exteriors?
This vaires from year to year, but we prefer to paint residential exteriors from April to November. Since our weather patterns can change from year to year, we sometimes wait unitl May to begin and try to wrap them up by October. Early dew isn’t as much as a problem as it used to be and neither is ealy freeze, but we are still mindful that you want your exterior to last as long as possible, so we don’t take any chances!
Can you paint a metal roof?
Yes, you can absolutely paint a metal roof. We will need to run a few diagnostics on it to determine what coating you currently have to understand the process we will need to use to paint it effectively. Most manufacturers will make a primer the will adhere to more modern roofing paints. Once we figure this our, we can then design a specification for your project.
Do you replace rotten wood?
Yes, we are your one stop shop for those exterior painting projects. We have the skill to replace most damaged wood and we have resources to replace it for you should the problem be more than we can handle with our team. Rest assured, we can get you taken care of!
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we do. We prefer payment by check or ACH for obvious reasons, but we want you to be able to pay any way you like. If you have a more unique way to pay (some methods might offer terms), we are happy to look into that for you and see if we can use other payment methods.
